Austin Elementary Pre-K and Kindergarten enrollment set for April 22 and 29

Austin Elementary School will hold enrollment for incoming preschool and kindergarten students on Tuesday, April 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and again on Tuesday, April 29 from noon to 3 p.m. Enrollment will take place in the Rigel Gym at the school.

Kindergarten students must be turning five years old on or before August 1, 2025, to be eligible. Children who did not attend pre-K at Austin Elementary are encouraged to enroll during these sessions.

Preschool students must be four years old by August 1, 2025, to qualify for enrollment. Austin Elementary's preschool is a free program.

Parents and guardians are asked to bring the enrolling child along with the following documents:

• Child's birth certificate

• Immunization record

• Proof of residency
