It's that time of year again: two monthly car shows roll into Scott County

It’s that time of year again — time for not one, but two monthly car shows that bring out the best rides and brightest chrome in Scott County!

The Austin Dairy Queen Cruise-In returns on the third Friday of every month from 5 PM to close at 305 North Highway 31 in Austin. This beloved event is a staple for local car enthusiasts, and this year brings an exciting new addition — a 50/50 raffle at each show. The drawing will be held at 8 PM, and proceeds will go to the Willie Mullins Scholarship Fund.

Meanwhile, just a short drive away, the Scottsburg Cruise-In also revs up on the third Friday of each month, beginning at 6 PM on the Square in downtown Scottsburg. Whether you’re a die-hard gearhead or just love a good evening out, both events promise great cars, good food, and community spirit.
