The Town of Sellersburg is gearing up for a fun-filled Easter tradition! On the morning of April 12th the East Bunny himself will be hiding shiny, metallic eggs throughout the town for an exciting egg hunt.
Residents are encouraged to keep their eyes peeled as the Bunny gets tricky, hiding the colorful eggs in places like parks, around town buildings, next to trees, fenced areas, and perhaps near fire hydrants. The hunt will begin bright and early at sunrise.
If you are lucky enough to find one of the shiny eggs, take it straight to Town Hall to claim your reward: an Easter basket filled with sweet treats! The hunt will take place within the town limits of Sellersburg, so make sure to print the map of the town's boundaries to help guide your search.
Limited to one egg per address. You will need an I.D. to claim your prize.
If you find multiple eggs during a hunt, please leave it do others may have a chance to find them.
The Town of Sellersburg Parks Facebook page will update during the day as the eggs are discovered.
Easter Bunny Helpers will be at Town Hall (316 East Utica Street) from 8:00am to 10am to collect eggs and distribute prizes. If you can't make it during those hours, you may stop by anytime during normal business hours.
This hunt is open to everyone.
