Trail-or-Treat at Charlestown Greenway Park October 25

Trail & Treat returns to Greenway Park on Friday, October 25. The City of Charlestown has partnered with Indiana University Southeast's Fine Art program to present a Wizard of Oz themed Trail & Treat through scenic Greenway Park. The artists have brought characters and scenes from the movie to life with life-size pieces of art!

The Trail & Treat begins at 5pm with a showing of “Wizard of Oz” at 7pm.

Join the trail at any spot in the park and visit the many booths on the trail Concessions will also be open, along with Home Run Burger and Fries, Scott Jo's Concessions, and Dippin' Dots.

The Penny Lane VW Photo Bus will offer free commemorative photos from 5pm – 8pm.

Community members, businesses, non-profits, and churches can help pass out candy at the event by setting up tables throughout the trail to distribute treats. Volunteers and vendors can register early by filling out the online form at charlestownparks.com/halloweentrailandtreat, or contact Parks Director Carrie Basham at 812-256-3422, ext. 6 or parks@cityofcharlestown.com to reserve a spot. You can donate candy by dropping off donations at City Hall during regular business hours.
